We rely on donations of high quality, “experienced” clothing
and accessories that still have some living to do. Such donations keep the Clothes
Horse stocked with staple items and outstanding finds. Your donations allow us
to operate and provide necessary funds to the Junior League of Hartford. We
realize that our donors could donate many places, and we appreciate that they
choose the Clothes Horse again and again. You can be confident that your
donations will benefit the Hartford community by supporting the Junior League
of Hartford as it designs and operates direct-impact, collaborative projects in
the greater Hartford community.
We accept donations any time we are open. Throughout the
year, there are also scheduled drop off times at our community partner store,
Stackpole-Moore-Tryon (in October and March). For donor convenience, we
schedule off-site drop off evenings periodically (watch here for dates and
times).
And, of course, all donations are tax deductible.
